About the Role

As communications manager at The CAFE Group, you will support communications and external affairs efforts. This person in this new role, who reports to the chief communications officer, will maintain department operations and systems as well as produce content for the development and marketing functions at The CAFE Group.

The manager plays a vital role in supporting our growth and engagement strategies. The position requires managing multiple tasks and projects as well as some strong CRM chops.

Initially, the focus will be supporting digital newsletter production, managing metric reporting, maintaining Salesforce records (including donation tracking), and tasks to support donor stewardship. You can expect this initial split of responsibilities to be 60% communications and 40% development.
